French medallist, he studied under CHAPU and CHAPLAIN. Studied at the École des Arts décoratifs from 1885 then in 1886 at the École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts. Won the Premier Grand Prix de Rome de gravure en médailles in 1890. Won the Silver Medal at 1900 Exposition Universelle. Created the medal of general Portifirio Diaz president of Mexico.
