Made from home grown Cedar from sustainable forests. Timber may have solid live knots. All frames are second quality and made predominantly from Russian Redwood. Brood body with 11 D. 4 frames on galvanised metal runners with standard wired foundation. XP plastic queen excluder. Two supers each with 10 SN1 frames on metal castellations with 20 sheets of british standard shallow wired foundation. Crownboard with two plastic porter bee escapes. Get it fast – we offer overnight courier as standard to most of the mainland UK if ordered before 3pm. The couriers do not deliver during the weekend. Check out my other items. Very interesting and scarce bird fountain- pulled out of an old antique dealers estate here on Cape Cod. The bottom is stamped Made in Belgium. It has sorta a beehive shape and 4 0000 on the front. It is yellow ware clay and is 5″ tall and 4.75″ deep and 3.5 across. Cannot find ANYTHING else like this one! Definitely a conversation starter! Elegant Antique Oil Lamp standing 64cm tall overall. The base of the lamp is a brass Corinthian column upon a mahogany? Stepped base (smoothed off chip to corner as pictured). With a screw fit brass top. The font is a moulded wrythen patterned clear glass Baccarat Bambous? And has a screw-fit collar with good quality duplex burner fitted. The burner has a working snuffer lever and some wick remains. A 10cm brass gallery supports an unbranded round bulge chimney and very pretty turquoise glass beehive shaped shade. The shade is acid etched with butterflies among an array of flowers and leaves. The glass shade does have a small chip and bubble in the glass as pictured. It is a beehive pattern cigar lighter lamp shade. It is hand blown and has no mold lines. The shade is reversable and also fits the standard 2 inch miniature ball shade holder.
