Rustic Bee Skep Basket Beehive Coiled Straw Palm Lidded Decor Large 16″ x 13″. Started with woven palm and fashioned into a traditional bee skep shape, this basket is a perfectly natural garden or patio accent. It was inspired by authentic English beehives that were found in an antique shop. It is open in the center and the top tilts back to reveal a sweet basket. It has a twine loop that latches it together. This bee skep basket has been spray painted a matte gold color which just changed the coloring from a yellowish color to medium brown color. That is the only modification to this wonderful, and unique beehive basket. It measures 16″ tall x 13″ wide. It weighs 3 lb 11 oz. It is in very good condition, with only the spray paint as a potential issue, but personally, I think it looks better.
