This is new beekeeping bee keeping observation hive. It is made out of pine and comes unstained. Corners are glued with outdoor glue and screwed for extra strength. Show off your bees. There is nothing is better than a good visual aid and this is a good one to have. Very classy looking hive. It holds 8 medium frames and has groves to keep frames from moving out of place. Since this is a small hive for the bees they will place there dead in the bottom. There is a chamber that can be sealed off with a peice of posterboard to get rid off any dead bees or to feed. The exit hole is 1 1/2 So a pipe/hose can be lead any where you would like. NOTHING NEEDED BUT YOUR FRAME AND BEES DO NOT PUT YOUR HIVE IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT Has screws to keep the doors closed. Bee Hive Honey Pot. Bizarre by Clarice Cliff. Approximate dimensions: diameter at base 7.2cm, height 7.9cm, weight 132.6 grams. There are surface marks associated with normal use and age. There is a scratch mark on the base near the bottom of the backstamp. This looks as if it was done before firing. There is some paint loss mainly on the rim where the lid sits but also on the bee. There are no cracks or restoration. Overall in very good condition.
