Awesome Vintage Limited Edition by Steiff Germany Perpetual Calendar Set. EAN 027307 issued in 2001. Beehive Sh aped / Painted Wooden Board 56 cm tall (22 inches) x 46 cm wide (18 inches). 12 Miniature Mohair Plush Teddy Bears 6 cm tall (2 3/8 inches). Gold Plated ID buttons, white ear tags, chest tags and button and tag on board stand. Numbered Brass Plaque on reverse. Paper Certificate, issued in 2001. 00764 of only 2001 issued. Small paint chip on top edge of board, some wooden shelf dowels are not original. Board 22 inches tall x 18 inches wide x 1/2 inch thick. Profile (with shelves) 2 3/4 inches (7 cm). Bears (each) 6 cm (2 3/8 inches). Set weighs 4 kg or just under 9 lbs before packaging. Perpetual Calendar Set includes: (Perpetual – can use for any month, any year, forever). Main Wooden Display Board, figural beehive with painted detail. Wooden Date Tiles numbered 1 to 31, red on one side (also lots of blank tiles to fill in spaces). A very attractive pair of quality made pine bedside cabinets with a beehive look and some unusual features. Exposed dowel pegs and exposed joints and brass handles. Ftited with a shelf within the cabinet and treated with Danish Oil so very easy to maintain. I cannot see the makers name although this style of furniture is bery popular and has been constructed to a high standard so would have been priced highly when new. 52 cms maximum width. 38 cms from front to back maximum. Lovely looking pieces of furniture and can be used in a bedroom or bathroom. Please take a good look at the photos as they do form an important part of the sales listing.
