Lovely art deco table lamp with globe effect stem and complimentary “Bee Hive” shade. Circular 2 tier sweeping base housing a circular centre section with Globe effect. Surmounted on the centre section a new chrome gallery which secures the shade. The lamp is operated by its original push button bakelite switch situated on the base of the lamp. The lampshade is made from glossy finish opaline glass and is 7 inches in diameter. The Lamp measures 17.5 inches tall x 5 inches base width. The chrome sections have some age related wear totally consistent with the age of the lamp but overall excellent. The shade is perfect with no chips cracks or damage. Perfect working order wired to current standards.

French medallist, he studied under CHAPU and CHAPLAIN. Studied at the École des Arts décoratifs from 1885 then in 1886 at the École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts. Won the Premier Grand Prix de Rome de gravure en médailles in 1890. Won the Silver Medal at 1900 Exposition Universelle. Created the medal of general Portifirio Diaz president of Mexico. One of his last creations is the medal of the music editor Francis Salabert he made at the age of 83. OR ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD.

Extremely Rare Authentic Original Edwardian Art Deco Early 1900s 14K Gold Tiny Miniature Highly Detailed Three Dimensional Full Body Free Standing Bee Hive Eckfeldt & Ackley Pendant Charm?? Fully hallmarked on the bale 14K followed by the Eckfeldt & Ackley Inc. Eckfeldt & Ackley were active from 1896 to 1937 in Newark New Jersey. Weighs approximately 1.8 grams. Approximately 8.6 mm (5.2/16 of an inch) in height from bee head top to rectangular bottom base which is 8.2 mm (4.8/16 of an inch) x 8 mm (4.7/16 of an inch). The bee being approximately 4 mm (2.4/16 of an inch) in length and approximately 3 mm (1.9/16 of an inch) in width, furthest wing edges. The tiny bee is so finely detailed that with a magnifying loop one can even see its mandibles attached to the bee hive, no photos can do this art piece justice since one truly needs a magnifying loop to appreciate all the tiny details! Miniature sculpture at its best of a bee and its hive in solid 14K gold! One of the earliest and nicest bee charms I have encountered, I have seen countless copies and fakes, so finding this authentic original one is a treasure of a sweet treat! Here we have a beautiful example of a vintage 1930s swan neck table/ desk lamp. Adjustable shade fixing and long cable with iconic for period deck on/off switch. Patina finish is chrome as per the photos. Period beehive glass shade which casts a beautiful ambient glow when on and leaves an amazing impression when off. Excellent condition and the Era is early 1930’s. Very rare Classic art deco style table lamp with a Chrome circular stem and hexagonal base. Iconic for this period. The stem and base is in excellent condition and gives a simple but classy look. The glass shade is in similarly excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The Chrome is rubbed in places and has some pitting. Normal for this age. The screws are clean. A charming art deco table lamp. Please view all pictures to appreciate the piece very rare unusual lamp. Shows some wear associated with age & use rubbing/ marking to base. Shades are in good condition and both sit well. This is a sought-after pattern, one of Clarice’s best. No serious damage, chips or cracks. Have a very small area of professional restoration to the lid (in my opinion), but very hard to spot, so I’m not 100% certain.
