ART DECO BEEHIVE LAMP statue NUDE globe light ANTIQUE FRANKART 1920's

HARD TO FIND and fantastic antique lamp. Sure to make a statement in your collection! Dates to around the 1920’s. Great character with its nude lady with blanket and its frosted Beehive glass globe. Great condition with very little signs of age. (see pictures) The globe has no chips or cracks. Works as it should with no issues. Cord is in good shape with no shorts. The switch is on the cord. 11″ wide, 10″ tall, and 6 deep. The lamp has had some work that dates to around the 1960’s. It has been refinished, quite well, in gold. The bottom material looks to be a replacement. When is the next time one of these will come up for sale? It will be protected well and insured. Let me know if you have questions. This is dual filament so it is for a running light and brake light, you can omit the wire for the brake like if you wish. This is also what is known as a bee hive or beehive style tail lamp. We sell a tail lamp harness for VL and RL models if you are adding a stoplamp switch to your ride. There may be some details an AMCA judge could pick apart but as a VL owner ourselves, this is one we run on our own bikes. This is the style used with a tail lamp shroud and it can be mounted on earlier fenders, though we have no idea if that would require any sort of modification. Fits the following models. 45 solo flat head. 1934 Model C Single Cylinder. 74″ & 80″ big twin flat head or side valve. This beautiful Victorian oil lamp shade has a 10.1cm, 4 fitter and stands 18.1cm tall. Its diameter at its widest point is approximately 18.5cm. The etched shade has a beautiful repetitive Art Nouveau floral design of Acanthus leaves with the background having further etched tiny flowers and foliage around the main body. In overall very good condition, the base rim has a few fleabites and an internal slither chip commensurate with age and use and the usual air bubbles from manufacture.
