Antique Seth Thomas 8 Day “Beehive” Style Striking Mantle Clock. This beautifully styled clock was made by The Seth Thomas Clock Co. In Thomaston, Connecticut, USA during the earlier 1900’s. It features a quality Seth Thomas #89 movement which has been cleaned and is in good running order, keeping time and gonging properly. The nicely styled mahogany case is still in the original finish. It is in very good condition and beautiful in appearance. The original painted dial and brass bezel assembly is also in remarkable shape. The dial shows some age and the brass is tarnished, but it would be hard to find one this old in any better condition. It also comes complete with the original key and pendulum. The measurements are 8 ½” wide x 9 ¼” high x 5 ½ deep. This helps ensure that the new owner will have a satisfying experience. Be very sure to save all packaging material if there is a problem. All sales are final (with the exception noted below). It is nearly impossible to find one in “mint” condition. If a clock has damage from misuse, it will be noted. If a clock is running properly when it arrives, that is about the best we can do. All sales for this type of item are final. Antique Cobalt Blue Miniature Stand Oil Lamp Beehive Shade Acorn Burner Working

Offering another nice miniature oil lamp from my personal collection. Check in often to see any new listings. This lamp is smaller than the usual miniature lamp size. It is a cobalt antique miniature stand lamp. Late 1800’s Burns oil or kerosene. Period Plume and Atwood Acorn burner with standard size ball shade holder that holds a nice cobalt Beehive shaped glass shade. See and enlarge the pictures for more size and condition information. Some photos were taken with a white background and some with a dark background. There are some ware marked on the base from use (see pics) All the metal parts are solid brass and have been highly polished. The burner works well and easily raises and lowers the wick. The wick is old but in good condition it is a little different from the normal style wick. The shade holder is a standard size Nutmeg ball shade holder but it has no lip and is slightly thinner. The collar is smaller the the standard double zero collar but has standard 00 threads. There are no chips cracks or repairs to any of the parts. The lamp is 7 1/4 tall to the top of the shade. The shade is 2 1/8″ high, 2 1/4″ wide and has a 1 7/8 fitter. The chimney is 3 3/8″ tall with a 1 1/8″ fitter. The font and foot all fold oil. It is 4 1/2″ tall, 2 1/4″ wide at the widest point and is 2 across the base. Any questions feel free to message. Antique Sessions Beehive Style Mantle Clock With Inlay Concord Model. This is a beautiful clock. It was made by the Sessions Clock Co. USA during the early 1900’s and has the original 8 Day signed Sessions movement which has been cleaned and serviced and is in good running condition. It counts each hour on an antique cathedral style gong and announces each half hour with a single toll. The case is in very good condition with the nicely aged original finish and a beautifully done string inlay design below the dial. It measures 8 ½” wide x 13 ¾” high x 6 deep. It even still maintains the original label inside the back door! The signed Sessions porcelain dial and brass bezel assembly is in very nice condition. These 100+ year old porcelain dials are a bit scarcer to find and very attractive. This clock comes complete with a key and the original pendulum. This helps ensure that the new owner will have a satisfying experience. Be very sure to save all packaging material if there is a problem. All sales are final (with the exception noted below). Very nice antique embossed with TIME INDICATING LAMP GRAND-VALS PERFECT PRIDE OF AMERICA TINE & LIFHT oil lamp with opaque milk glass beehive shade. The burner has 5 prongs and a central round wick. The shade is also the chimney for this lamp. The burner works well and easily raises and lowers the wick. The wick is old but in good condition. There are no chips cracks or repairs to any of the parts. The lamp is 6 3/8 tall to the top of the shade. The base is 4 1/8 tall to the top of the collar. A very fine antique porcelain box, Royal Vienna. This pretty antique porcelain box is ALL hand painted and decorated. The miniature on the lid show Marie Louis de Tassis (1611- 1638) Belgium, and this name is shown at the bottom of the box (as shown in photos), the miniature is signed by the artist Ulmer (as shown in photos). The gold gilding decoration is on the lid and box , decorated with floral motifs in high relief technique (raised gold), which gives more elegance and luxury to the piece. Dark green color (not common color). The inside is decorated with gold gilding too. A blue under glaze beehive mark at the base (as shown in photos). Please see photos carefully to admire the beauty of the work. Hinged is in working condition. H : 3 inches (7.5 cm). W : 6 1/4 inches (16 cm). No chips, cracks or any damage. Normal wear due to age. ANTIQUE SETH THOMAS 8-DAY SPRING CLOCK + KEY Mahogany Wood Beehive Shelf Mantel. Very nice antique 8-Day Spring clock made by Seth Thomas in the United States. Made from a beautiful dark hardwood, likely mahogany, and features a beehive shape with rounded corners. Black roman numerals against a bone-white metal face. Measures approximately 15″ tall x 10 3/4″ wide x 4 deep. Age-appropriate wear, dust and dirt. Some of the paint on the face is chipping. The clock is currently NOT keeping time, it ticks and chimes (really lovely sound) when moved around then stops after a few moments. We’ve decided not to take the back off and leave as-is, but safe to assume that it needs cleaning and servicing. A fantastic project piece, or even just to add to your collection as-is!
