This is an awesome antique advertising beehive jug for Haarmann Vinegar and Pickle Company of Omaha, Nebraska made by Red Wing Stoneware Company. The piece stands 10 3/4″ tall by 6 1/2″ wide and is a good display piece since it does have some damage. The jug has two chips on the upper outside edge of the spout and the jug has a crack that runs on the left side of the advertising as shown in my pictures. The advertising reads, 130 OZ. Haarmann Vinegar And Pickle Co. Established 1876 Omaha, Nebr. I found this yesterday in an antique mall in Council Bluffs, Iowa. A great piece to display in a collection. Beehive terminals, an offshoot of Beehive Medical Electronics of Salt Lake City, produced computer terminals for data entry on mainframe computers. Much like Computer Terminal Corporation, they emulated many different types of terminal on a single device using software. Beehive terminals had the advantage that the keyboard was attached with a cable and could be easily changed to provide simple editing functions and other facilities. Computer items are vintage. Minimal testing has been done. They are not offered as perfect, as they are up to 35 years old. Early microcomputers were known to have faults and require technical knowledge to repair or operate properly. You are free to ask questions. STUNNING Early MCCOY STONEWARE POTTERY BEEHIVE RINGED RIBBED BLENDED MAJOLICA GLAZE DRIP JARDINIERE PLANTER. Vivid Green Brown Yellow & Blue Glaze. Measures a large 9 3/4 inches tall, 12 inches across the widest point and 7″ diameter at the base (10 3/4″ diameter at the top). Unmarked (except for the number “2” on bottom) but these early stoneware items were not marked by McCoy, as shown in the Sanford Guide to McCoy Pottery. Nice condition with one 1 hairline (see photos #10 and #11), crazing and other surface marks (see photos). There are a couple factory glaze pops, simply from the early handmaking and glaze application. The beauty of early McCoy! Dates to 1920 to 1930 timeframe. Coffee Pot Height excluding lid: 15cms (5 1/4 ins). Coffee Pot length handle to spout: 16cms (6 3/8 ins). Milk Jug length handle to spout: 9cms (3 1/2 ins). Milk Jug Height: 7cms (2 3/4 ins). Sugar Bowl diameter: 8.5cms (3 3/8 ins). Sugar Bowl Height: 5.5cms (2 1/8 ins). Full Clarice Cliff sets are rare and sought after by collectors worldwide. This original demitasse size set includes a coffee pot with cover, six cups and saucers, sugar bowl, milk jug and one small sandwich plate. The set has the Lynton ribbed bee hive shape and is decorated with a pink Apple Blossom pattern, front and back with speckled gold rims. Two of the cups have sustained some damage each with a fracture and an additional chip to one. A close up pic is provided of both. Otherwise all the other items are in generally excellent vintage condition commensurate for age. A couple of teeny grazes to an occasional rim here and there, but not visible, just feel with the fingertip. Age related crazing to some items, for the most part, fairly minor. No major discolouration or other damage. Some normal wear to the speckled gold rims. Overall pretty good for age even with the two damaged cups. This complete set is a rare item.. A fantastic collectors find! Verall the coffee set presents exceptionally well.. Newport Pottery Co England 818 c1930s. Wilkinson acquired the Royal Staffordshire Pottery in the 1880’s.
