This listing is for a complete jacket and hat set for a Langstroth hive with an FLAT roof. The set will consist of. 1 x Hive Jacket. 2 x Thermal Roof Pads. 1 x waterproof Hive Hat with brass breather inserts. The Jacket will cover a standard Brood Box and 2 Supers. The Jacket is 190 cm x 58 cm. The Hat will fit a standard flat roof 46 cm x 55 cm external 46 cm x 38.5 cm internal. Please see our other listing for the apex roof version. Hive Hats have be fitted very carefully, most hives have very sharp corners!!!!!! You will only receive the hive jacket, hive hat, thermal hive pads, the bee hive and ratchet strap are not included. The Flat Hive hat, 2 parts, 1 inside cosy pad, 1 outside pad, 1 700 denier waterproof cover. Each pad consists of 2 layers foil, 2 layers bubble wrap, 2 layers of breathable weatherproof soft fleece that’s, combined with the waterproof cover is a 13-layer sandwich, to prevent fluctuation in temperature that causes condensation.
