Stunning Vienna Porcelain vase twin handled on square plinth, with lid. Hand painted with two classical scenes on the continuous panel of the vase, and four scenes on the sides of the stepped, square plinth. Parcel gilt and cobalt ground. Blue Beehive mark to base, and marked Vienna within a shield with F and D, Austria, for Franz Dorfl. Various painted numerals which possibly reference the paintings on the plinth. Dates late 19th/early 20th century. Approximate Size: 8½ tall. Condition: In good vintage condition. Chip and repair to inside lid. Some wear to gilt.
