Metal excluder is high quality and constructed with galvanised steel and wire. Constructed from plywood and pine. Has a large mesh covered area to ensure ventilation and to observe the colony without disturbance. Its in the roof space covering the whole top of the hive, whilst still retaining plenty of ventilation. Made from thick ABS plastic, it is also an excellent insulator.
