Fully assembled Langstroth starter hive with varroa mesh floor, reversible door, 2 x 10-frame brood / deep super bodies, frames and Australian-style roof. Our beehives are manufactured in small factories in Greece using sustainably sourced pine from Austria and the Czech Republic. Floor with varroa mesh for mite control and ventilation, and pull out drawer. Reversible door that can close the hive for moving or provide a good-sized entrance. Two brood / deep super boxes featuring metal frame rails and hand holds on all four sides. Adding a queen excluder (not included) will enable one of these to be used as a super. 20 assembled frames (no foundation or wire). Australian style roof with 4 mesh-covered ventilation slots and galvanised steel covering. We supply these hives as they come from the factory, and they will need some minor preparation (filling and sanding) before painting or varnishing.
